摘要
作为学科交叉服务平台,高校分析测试中心一直以来都为我国高等院校的科研和教学工作做出了重要贡献。随着近些年来国家对高等教育投入的增加,分析中心的贵重大型仪器数量迅速增加,设备管理人员的知识层次也发生了重大变化。本文结合天津大学分析测试中心近些年来的发展情况,从管理模式、制度完善、队伍建设和服务内涵四个方面,对高校分析测试中心的可持续发展进行探讨。
As interdisciplinary supporting platforms, analysis and testing centers in colleges and universities have been making important contributions to scientific research and teaching activities. With the increase of the country＇s investment in higher education in recent years, the number of valuable instruments in analysis and testing centers has increased rapidly, and significant changes have taken place in the knowledge level of equipment managers. In combination with the development status of the analysis and testing center of Tianjin University in recent years, this article discusses the sustainable development of analysis and testing centers in colleges and universities, mainly from four aspects： management mode, system improvement, team building and service connotation.
