摘要
本文总结和探讨了实验技术人员在药学专业的实验教学中所发挥的多方面的关键作用,为更好的发挥实验技术人员的作用、加强对其工作的重视和管理、提高药学专业实验课程教学的质量提供借鉴。
The key role of the experimental technical personnel in pharmaceutical professional experiment teaching in many aspects was summarized and discussed in order to provide certain reference for the experimental technical personnel to better play their roles, to strengthen the recognition and management of their work and to improve the teaching quality of pharmacy specialty experiment teaching.
