摘要
上海中医药大学作为上海市首批实施大学生创新活动计划的高校之一,实验教学技术人员在参与这个活动中起到了不可替代的作用。分析实验教学技术人员参与该类活动的特点与优势,提出创新活动中遇到的困难,并给出相应的建议。
Shanghai university of Chinese Medicine is one of the first universities to carry out the innovative activities plan for college students. The laboratorial technicians played an irreplaceable role in taking part of this activity. This paper analyzed the characteristics and advantages of the activities that the laboratorial academic technicians participated in, found out the difficulties in this innovative activity and put forward some corresponding suggestions in this article.
