摘要
创新人才培养是高等院校工程教育改革的关键,以海南大学化学工程与工艺专业多年本科实践教学为例,详细介绍了海南大学在"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的工程教育理念指导下,开展的一系列化工实践教学改革,以及"大化工"创新人才培养方面的探索与实践。
Cultivation of innovative talents is the key to the retbrm of engineering teaching in higher education. Taking practice teaching in chemical engineering and technology major of Hainan University as an example, a series of chemical engineering practice teaching reform was introduced in ＂Excellence Engineer education program＂, and exploration and reform on training innovative talents in chemical engineering were carried out.
