摘要
研究目的:从社会资本的视角解释被征地拆迁农户的生活变化差异,为进一步完善征地制度改革提供参考思路。研究方法:研究基于2015年浙江省杭州市的抽样调查数据,从村域制度信任、村域民主、村民个体网络关系与村域合作4维度衡量社会资本,综合运用主成分分析与有序Logistic模型就社会资本对征地拆迁后农户生活状况的影响进行计量分析。研究结果:村域制度信任、民主程度与农户自身的社会网络均对提高拆迁后农户的生活水平有正向效应,而村域合作却不利于拆迁后农户生活水平的提升。研究结论:在征地制度改革的过程中,充分发挥村域社会资本的作用,比如在土地问题上号召更广泛的公众参与,对征地拆迁农户的生活状况是有利的。
The purpose of this paper is to interpret the differences of rural households＇ life change after land acquisition from the social capital perspective and to provide suggestions for improving the land acquisition institution. The research method is based on a sample survey conducted in Hangzh from four dimensions, including level of trust, degree of ou, Zhejiang Province in 2015, the social capital is measured democracy, social network, and collective cooperation. The principal component analysis and ordered logistic model are used to study the influence of social capital on rural households＇ life change after land acquisition. The results show that level of trust, degree of democracy, and social network have positive effects on improving rural households＇ life after land acquisition, whereas collective cooperation has a negative effect. The conclusion is that social capital, such as extensive public participation on land-related issues, can serve to enhance rural households＇ life conditions after land acquisition.
