摘要
除化学成分对灰铸铁件力学性能有明显的影响外,采用优质生铁,提高炉料中的废钢加入量,提高铁液温度与减小铁液的氧化性同样能提高灰铸铁件的力学性能。若采用既含有石墨化元素又含有促进珠光体化元素的复合孕育剂,不仅比75FeSi更能使抗拉强度提高20MPa以上,而且能减小灰铸铁件的壁厚敏感性。
In addition of clear influence of chemical composition,the following such as using premium pig iron, increased steel rejects in charges, higher liquid iron temperature and reduction in oxidation of the liquid iron,can also increase mechanical properties of grey cast iron.When compound inoculant consisting of graphitization elements and pearlite promoting elements being used,not only tensile strength can be 20 MPa higher than that inoculated by 75FeSi but also sensibility to wall thickness of grey cast iron can be reduced.
