摘要
目的:利用文本挖掘技术,探索溃疡性结肠炎在中医药领域中的研究热点、证型、治则、用药。方法:在中国知网期刊数据库中收集有关溃疡性结肠炎在中医药领域的数据,使用文献题录信息统计分析工具SATI 3.2提取关键词,SPSS21.0做聚类分析及多维尺度分析、GraphPad Prism5.0做频数图。结果:溃疡性结肠炎在中医药领域中的研究主要集中在溃疡性结肠炎的中医药辨证论治;证型有脾胃虚弱型、脾肾阳虚型、湿热内蕴型等,治则有清热燥湿、健脾益气、涩肠止泻;常用的中药有灌肠方、白头翁汤、锡类散等,给药方式主要有中药灌肠、中药保留灌肠、中药内服。结论:溃疡性结肠炎在中医药领域中的研究涉及到实验、临床等各个方面,研究分布合理,与现代医药密切结合,但缺乏循证医学、个体化治疗方面的研究数据。
Objective： To explore the researching hot topics,syndromes,therapeutic principles,and medications of ulcerative colitis in traditional Chinese medicine field by using text mining technology. Methods： The relative data were collected in the database of CNKI,and the key words were extracted with SATI 3. 2,the clustering analysis and multi-dimensional analysis were done with SPSS21. 0,and GraphPad Prism5. 0 was used to do the frequency map. Results： It showed that ulcerative colitis in TCM field was mainly focused on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of this kind of disease. The syndromes commonly seen were deficiency of spleen and stomach,yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,damp-heat retention; the therapeutic principles were clearing heat and drying dampness,invigorating spleen and replenishing qi,and astringing intestines to stop diarrhea; commonly used formulae were Guanchang formula,Baitouweng decoction,and Xilei powder; the ways of administration included enema,retention enema,and oral administration. Conclusion： The researches of ulcerative colitis in TCM field involve the aspects of experimental and clinical study.The research distribution is reasonable and closely integrated with modern medicine,but it lacks of evidence-based research and individualized treatment.
