溃疡性结肠炎发病的免疫学机制 被引量:14

摘要 近年来,溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,对其发病机制的研究也逐渐深入。目前研究认为UC的发病是多种因素共同作用的结果,免疫机制是其致病的一个重要方面。UC的发生涉及到免疫反应的多个方面。该文对UC发病的免疫学机制从树突状细胞、巨噬细胞游走抑制因子(MIF)、T细胞及细胞因子方面作一综述。
