摘要
针对骤冷器衬里轻质浇注段的烘烤问题,介绍了烘烤温升曲线特性,在分析比较系统自有烘烤设备和独立烘烤装置的烘烤方案后,设计了一种基于智能温度控制器和线性可控硅功率调节的电加热器烘烤方案。烘烤方案实施过程中,根据烘烤数据记录,结合工艺系统的实际联动运行,验证了骤冷器的冷却效果,证明了该方案的可行性。
Considering the baking of quencher' s light castable liner, the characteristics of baking temperature rise curves were introduced; basing on analyzing and comparing the system-owned baking equipment and the independent baking device, both linear SCR power regulation and intelligent temperature controller-based elec- tric-heater baking system was designed. In the baking process, through having the record of baking data based and the coordinated operation of the process system combined, the cooling effect of this quencher was verified to prove feasibility of this scheme.
