利用MK7A23P设计通用性的高温焊锡锅温度控制器

摘要 提出了一种基于MK7A23P通用性的高温焊锡锅温度控制器。该控制器利用MK7A23P的内部15位AD转换器和高性能,实现了100~999℃的宽范围温度控制。温度传感器采用热电耦,热电耦冷端补偿采用LM35半导体温度传感器,通过偏置模式的放大方法,提高了温度传感器在低温时的检测精度。研究表明:整机的抗干扰性能优越,温度显示分辨率优于0.03℃,控制精度小于±5℃,且具有线路简单、成本低、便于维护等特点。 A temperature controller of generality high soldering pot based on MK7A23P was proposed. Useing MK7A23P 15 location AD converter and high-performance was to realize the 100 - 999℃ wide range of temperature control. And the temperature sensor adopted thermocouple which the cold end compensation adopted thermoeouple LM35 semiconductor temperature sensor. And adopting offset mode amplification method to improvie the temperature detection when the temperature was low. Research showed that the complete machine had the anti-interference superior performance, temperature display resolution 0.03℃, control accuracy had less than ±5℃,and had the characteristics of simple lines, low cost, facilitate maintenance.
