摘要
目的研究青藤碱对Ⅱ型胶原蛋白诱导性大鼠关节模型(CIA)滑膜细胞凋亡的影响。方法原位细胞凋亡检测试剂盒检测各组原代大鼠滑膜细胞凋亡的水平。结果青藤碱组CIA大鼠滑膜细胞的凋亡数明显增加。结论青藤碱治疗类风湿性关节炎的机制可能与诱导滑膜细胞凋亡有关。
Objective To study the effect of si no menine on a poptosis of synoviocytes in CIA rats.Methods The level of the apop tosis in different groups were assayed by the in situ cell death detection kit. Results Sinomenine could induce apoptosis o f synoviocytes in CIA rats.Conclusi on The mechanism of curative effect of s inomenine on arthritis concern with ris ing the level of apoptosis.
