摘要
价值的多元化和社会需求的多样化对思想政治教育创新的时代需求程度越来越高,传统的直线式思维、平面式内容设置和单向性的灌输受到网络社会中的立体化思维和多元主体互动的强烈挑战。在此背景下,大学生思想政治教育从粗放型向精细化转变成为开创高等教育事业发展新局面的重要"机制性"策略。大学生思想政治理论教育的精细化是一个系统工程,既需要宏观层面的多元主体协同化和资源统筹联动化,还需要微观层面操作规程标准化和队伍建设专业化。总之,要不断创新思想政治教育模式,探索思想政治理论教育新模式,建构立体化的多元主体参与的动态协同格局,将学科资源、学术资源转化为育人资源,实现"知识传授"和"价值引领"有机统一,推动"思政课程"向"课程思政"的立体化育人转型。
The diversification of value and the diversification of social needs have become more and more demanding in the era of ideological and political education. The traditional straight-line thinking, the planar content setting and the one-way instilling are influenced by the three-dimensional thinking in the network society And the diversity of the main challenge of interaction. In this context, the ideological and political education of college students from extensive to fine into a new situation in the development of higher education, an important ＂mechanism＂ strategy.The refinement of ideological and political education of college students is a systematic project, which requires both the macro-level coordination of the main body and the co-ordination of resources, but also the standardization of the micro-level operation procedures and the specialization of the team building. In short, we must continue to innovate the ideological and political education model, explore the new model of ideological and political theory education, construct the three-dimensional multi-subject participation in the dynamic collaborative pattern, the academic resources, academic resources into education resources, to achieve ＂ knowledge transfer＂ and ＂value I^ading the ＂organic unity＂ to promote the ＂ideological and political course＂ to ＂curriculum thinking＂ three-dimensional transformation of education.
