测量参数对某低压涡轮叶片显微疏松含量评定的影响

摘要 通过定量金相分析显微疏松含量的方法,研究了图片亮度、对比度、放大倍数等测量参数对某铸造低压涡轮叶片中显微疏松含量测量结果的影响规律。在正常亮度和对比度附近范围内波动时,对手动分割后显微疏松测量值影响不大;图片亮度和对比度过高或过低时,显微疏松的测量值产生偏离。测量面积相同时,不同的放大倍数所测得的平均显微疏松面积百分比测量值相差不大。采取测量区域中最严重视场的显微疏松含量作为显微疏松测量值时,放大倍数越大,显微疏松面积百分比越大。 The effect of measurement parameters on micro-porosity assessment results in a low pressure turbine blade was studied by metallographic quantitative method. The change of micro-porosity measured values with brightness, contrast and magnification was studied. Brightness and contrast change in normal range has little 'effect on micro-porosity measured values when metallography is segmented manually. Metallography of micro-porosity with low definition, or over high brightness or contrast, or over low brightness or contrast, will bring great error in measurement values of micro-porosity. Average micro-porosity values measured in different magnification metallography are close in the same field size of view. Micro-porosity measured values of the same field size of view increase with magnification of metallography when measured by the worst single field of view method.
