摘要
目的分析住院精神分裂症患者的自杀行为及采取的护理干预措施。方法对该院2008年1月—2015年2月住院精神分裂症患者发生自杀行为的35例资料进行回顾性分析总结。结果住院精神分裂症患者自杀行为的主要原因为精神病性症状(45.7%),其次为不良生活事件(25.7%)。自杀方式以自缢多见(37.1%)。自杀时间多发生于午夜至凌晨(68.5%)。77%的自杀患者有先兆表现。春季病人易有自杀倾向(17例占50%)。结论自杀是精神分裂症患者意外死亡的重要原因,在临床护理中,及时采取有效的护理干预措施,降低自杀意外事故的发生率,以提高医疗护理质量。
Objective To analyze the suicide behavior of inpatients with schizophrenia and the nursing intervention measures. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the data of 35 patients with schizophrenia who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2008 to February 2015 in. Results The main causes of suicidal behavior in schizophrenic patients were psychotic symptoms（45.7%）, followed by adverse life events（25.7%）. To see more hanging Dutch Act（37.1%）. Suicide time occurred in the midnight to dawn（68.5%）. 77% of suicide patients had signs of aura.Patients prone to suicide in the spring（17 cases 50%）. Conclusion Suicide is one of the important causes of schizophrenia patients with accidental death, in clinical nursing, to take timely effective nursing intervention measures,to reduce the incidence of accidents of suicide, in order to improve the quality of medical care.
