摘要
目的 :测试PL型滤器对浓缩血小板制剂 (PCs)中白细胞的滤除作用。 方法 :对 40例次血液病伴血小板减少的患者输注滤除白细胞的PCs,测定滤除前、后PCs中的血小板数、白细胞数和GMP 140。 结果 :血小板回收率为 (91.5± 7.8) % ,白细胞滤除率为 99.9% ,输注无效率分别为 16 .2 5 % (Donna标准 )和 8.75 % (Eernise标准 )。未增加血小板激活 ,临床出血征象消失和好转率 93%。 结论 :PL型白细胞滤器具有高血小板回收、高白细胞去除、体外不激活血小板的高质量特点 ,是滤除PCs中白细胞的理想滤器。
Objectives: To determine the role of white blood cells-depletion with PL model filter in platelet concentrates (PCs). Methods:Forty transfusions of WBC depleted PCs were used in hematologic disorder with thrombocytopenia. Platelets count, WBC count and GMP-140 of pre- and postfiltrating PC were determined. Results: Platelet recovery rate was (91.5±7.8)%, leukocyte depletion rate was 99.9%, transfusion failed to obtain response in 16.25% (Donna criterion) and 8.75% (Eernise criterion), respectively. Flow cytometric determination of platelet membrane glycoproteins (GMP-140) did not indicate increased platelet activation. Clinical bleeding disappeared or improved in 93%. Conclusions: The PL model filter is effective in preparing PCs with few contaminating leukocytes, it was an ideal filter for WBC-depletion in platelet concentrates.
