摘要
目的:对益气养心汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭患者心功能、LVEF(射血分数)及E/A(舒张早期/舒张晚期最大血流速度)的影响予以简单分析。方法:选取我院符合标准的慢性心力衰竭患者60例,将其随机均分为2组,每组各30例,对照组应用常规西药开展治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益气养心汤开展治疗,治疗4周后,对比分析2组患者的心功能、LVEF、E/A。结果:2组患者的临床治疗总有效率、LVEF和E/A的改善情况都存在明显差异,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在为慢性心力衰竭患者开展治疗的过程中,应用益气养心汤联合西药物开展治疗,能够有效的改善患者的心功能、LVEF及E/A,取得良好的临床治疗效果,值得在临床应用中推广。
Objective： To explore the effects of Yiqi Yangxin decoction combined with western medicine on cardiac function, LVEF and E/A in patients with chronic heart failure .Methods： 60 cases selected from our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine , the observation group was treated with Yiqi Yangxin decoction on the basis of the control group. The cardiac function, LVEF and E/A were compared between the two groups. Results： There was significant difference in the total effective rate, improvement of LVEF and E/A in the two groups , the observation group was superior to the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Yangxin decoction combined with western medicine in patients with chronic heart failure can effectively improve the patient＇s cardiac function, LVEF and E/A and achieved good clinical results .
