摘要
研究了不同正极片厚度对Li-MnO_2一次电池内阻电压、电池放电性能的影响。随着正极片厚度的增加,电池内阻逐渐升高,而电压影响不大。当正极片厚度为0.3 mm时,电池的放电比容量最高,1000 mA、300 mA、30 mA恒流放电比容量分别为189.1 mAh/g、212 mAh/g、237 mAh/g,比厚度为0.5 mm的正极片分别高25.1%、21.3%、10.3%。同时正极片厚度的增加会明显降低电池的放电效率,尤其是大电流放电效率。
The effect of different cathode thickness on resistance, voltage, discharge efficiency of Li-MnO2 primary batteries was investigated, The battery internal resistance increased with the cathode thickness, but there was no obvious effect on voltage. The discharge capacity was highest when cathode thickness was 0. 3 mm. The constant current discharge capacities were 189. 1 mAh/g, 212 mAh/g, 237 mAh/g when discharge current were 1000 mA, 300 mA, 30 mA. The discharge efficiencies were higher than 0. 5 mm about 25.1% , 21.3% , 10. 3% , respectively. The discharge efficiency was obvious reduced with the cathode thickness, esoecially the large current discharge efficiency.
