摘要 分析了球磨处理对电解二氧化锰(EMD)晶体结构、粒径和比表面积的影响,研究了球磨后的EMD对碱性锌锰电池放电性能和过放电防漏性能的影响。球磨处理可使EMD的粒径由40μm降低到15μm,比表面积从25.1m^2/g提高到26.2m^2/g,电池放电性能提高5%~20%,过放电漏液率从50%降低到0%。通过球磨用Ti02、Bi203、BaO和Xb2O3对EMD进行掺杂,可提高电池的电性能。 Effects of ball-milling on crystal structure, particle size and specific surface area of electrolytic manganese dioxide (EMD) were analyzed. The effects on the discharge performance and over-discharge leakage-proof performance of alkaline Zn/ MnO2 battery were studied. By ball-milling, the particle size of EMD was decreased from 40 μm to 15 μm, the specific surface area was increased from 25.1 m^2/g to 26.2 m^2/g, the discharge performance was improved 5 % - 20%, the over-discharge leakage rate was decreased from 50% to 0%. The electric performance of battery with EMD doping with TiO2, Bi203, BaO and Yb2O3 by ball- milling was improved.
