摘要
采用自身对照及组间对照法,选择符合试验条件的自愿受试者服用受试物45 d,结果表明:服用鱼油软胶囊试食组试食后TG、TC和LDL-C水平与试食前比较分别下降15.58%、11.25%、18.02%,HDL-C水平上升0.123 mmol/L;试食后试食组TC、TG和LDL-C水平与试食前及对照组试食后比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);试食后试食组有效率为47.17%,与对照组比较(3.85%),差异有显著性(P<0.05);试食后试食组HDL-C与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),提示受试样品具有辅助降血脂功能作用。
The self-reflection and group control method were used to choose volunteers which are up to the test conditions taking subjects content for 45 days. The results show that af- ter taking soft capsule, the TG, TC and LDL- C level of try food group compared with before test food fall by 15.58%, 11.25% and 18.02%, HDL-C level rises 0. 123 mmol/L; after eating the product, the TC, TG and LDL- C level of test group compared with before eating the group and control group all have significant difference（P〈0.05） ; after eating the product, the effective rate of the test group is 47.17%, having significant difference compared with the control group; after eating the product, the HDL-C of the test group has no significant difference compared with the control group, so that the tested sample has assisting hypolipidemic effect.
