摘要
目的探讨丙泊酚复合芬太尼麻醉在人工流产术中的应用效果。方法选取灵寿县医院2016年收治的自愿行人工流产术患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者采用丙泊酚静脉注射麻醉,观察组患者采用丙泊酚联合芬太尼静脉注射麻醉。比较两组患者麻醉效果、手术时间、术中出血量及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者麻醉优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论丙泊酚复合芬太尼麻醉在于人工流产术中的麻醉效果好,可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,且安全性好。
Objective To observe the application effect of anesthesia of propofol combined with fentanyl on induced abortion surgery. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients underwent induced abortion were selected in 2016 year in Lingshou County Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. Control group was intravenous injected with propofol anesthesia,observation group was intravenous injected with propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia. The anesthesia effect,operation time,intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of adverse reaction were observed between the two groups. Results The observation group of good rate of anesthesia was higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group of operation time was shorter than control group,intraoperative blood loss was less than control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no serious adverse reactions happened. Conclusion Propofol combined with fentanyl have an exactly anesthesia effect on induced abortion surgery,it can shorten operation time,raduce intraoperative blood loss,and with good safety.
