摘要
介绍了风电公司岗位职级体系及人才培养模式研究的内外部环境,从人力资源情况和岗位职级两方面分析了风电公司岗位管理现状,探索了适合风电公司的岗位职级体系构建,并对后续人才培养进行了思考。
Introduced the internal and external environment of the post rank system and the talent training mode in the wind power company, analyzed the status quo of the post management of the wind power company from the aspects of human resources and post rank, explored the construction of the post rank system suitable for the wind power company and put forward some thoughts on subsequent talent training.
