摘要
为利用HPLC波长程序法检测大米制品中乌洛托品的总含量。以乙腈-乙酸铵溶液为流动相,经C18反相色谱柱分离,设定波长程序实现乌洛托品总含量的检测。结果表明乌洛托品在0.00~200.00μg·m L^(-1),甲醛-2,4-二硝基苯腙在0.00~20.00μg·m L^(-1)浓度范围内;乌洛托品检出限为0.016 mg·kg^(-1);定量限为0.053 mg·kg^(-1);甲醛-2,4-二硝基苯腙检出限为0.026 mg·kg^(-1);定量限为0.087 mg·kg^(-1)。样品加标回收率为84.84%~92.18%,相对标准偏差为1.70%~3.48%。
The detection of the total content of methenamine in rice products was established by using HPLC wavelength program method. Sample solutions were extracted under ultrasonic condition with acetonitrile,and centrifuged,the supcrnatant was concentrated by rotary evaporator. The aqueous solution of acetonitrile-ammonium acetate was added to the mobile phase and carried on C18 column,then the programmed wavelength ultraviolet detection was performed to determine the total content of methenamine. The results showed that the concentration range was 0.00-200.00μg·mL^-1 and 0.00-20.00μg·kg^-1 for methenamine and formaldehyde-2,4-dinitrobenzene hydrazone, respectively. The detection limit of methenamine was 0.016 mg·kg^-1, the quantitation limit was 0.053 mg·kg^-1.The detection limit of formaldehyde-2,4-dinitrobenzene hydrazone was 0.026 mg·kg^-1, the quantitation limit was 0.087mg·kg^-1. The recoveries range of sample added standards was 84.84%-92.18% with RSD of 1.70%-3.48%.
