摘要
飞轮储能技术是一种新型的机电能量转换与储存系统,它具有大储能量、高功率、无污染、高效率、适用广、无噪声、长寿命等许多优点,具有广阔的应用前景。采用三维建模软件UG建立飞轮储能系统的三维模型,并且通过大型有限元分析软件ANSYS建立飞轮储能系统的有限元模型,然后对该飞轮储能系统进行模态分析和转子动力学分析,研究并得到飞轮储能系统的固有频率和相应振型、临界转速等动态特性,为飞轮储能系统的设计和结构优化奠定了基础。
Flywheel energy storage system is a new type of electromechanical energy conversion and storage system. It has the broad application prospects because the advantages of high energy storage,high power,no pollution,high efficiency,wide application,no noise and long life. The three-dimension model of flywheel energy storage system was built by UG,and the finite element model was built through ANSYS. The dynamic characteristics of the natural frequency,the vibration modes and critical speeds were obtained through the modal analysis and rotor dynamics analysis,which laid the foundation for the design and structure optimization of the flywheel energy storage system.
