机床电机临界转速影响参数优化数值分析

摘要 高速切削需要数控机床速度不断提高,要求驱动器能够提供更高转速。为了提高电机电机临界转速控制精度,开展机床电机临界转速影响参数优化数值分析。研究结果表明:当轴径尺寸增加后,1阶临界转速的指数级增加,2阶临界转速逐渐线性增加的趋势,设计时应当尽量减小轴径。随着间隙比的增大,临界转速降低,设计时应适当减小间隙比,并保持临界转速及增加电机刚度。经过优化确定支点偏移系数设定为0.65和电机预加负荷因子为0.35是优秀的。该研究有助于提高电机的输出效率,为后续的实验测试奠定一定的理论基础。 High-speed cutting needs continuous increasement of the speed of CNC machine tools,which requires the driver to provide the high rotate speed.In order to improve the control accuracy of critical speed of electric motor,this paper carries out the influence analysis of critical speed of machine tool motor on parameter optimization value.The research results show that the first-order critical speed increases exponentially with the increasement of shaft diameter and the second-order critical speed increases gradualy and linearly with the increasement of shaft diameter,so the shaft diameter should be reduced as much as possible in design.The critical speed decreases with the increasement of the clearance ratio,so the clearance ratio should be reduced appropriately in design,the critical speed should be maintaind and the bearing stiffness should be increased.After optimization,it is determined that setting the fulcrum offset coefficient to 0.65 and setting the motor preload factor to 0.35 are optimal.This research is helpful to improve the output efficiency of the motor,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent experimental test.
