摘要
提出科技研发投入、专利产出效率和经济增长实力之间关系的理论模型,通过构建江苏省2001—2014年面板向量自回归(PVAR)模型进行实证检验。研究结果表明:科技研发投入与专利产出效率之间、经济增长实力与专利产出效率之间虽存在相互作用,但其作用呈现非对称性,三者之间还未形成一个良性互动循环。
Improving S&T innovation ability is the key to the national economic structure optimization and to the sustainable development of economy. R&D input and patent output level directly decides the country's scientific and technological innovation ability. This paper proposes a theoretical model of relationships between input of R&D, output of S&T and economic growth, and uses a PVAR model to test the theoretical assumptions based on panel data of Jiangsu from 2001 to 2014. Results show that there are some asymmetric directional effect between input of R&D, output of S&T and economic growth. The benign interaction cycle has not yet been established between them.
