摘要
作为渗透性强的产业,高技术产业为当地科技人才提供了更具加创新的工作平台,更好的创新环境。通过建立面板模型实证分析了高技术产业发展对科技人才的影响,发现高技术产业的发展会加大对科技人才的吸引力,但值得注意的是,作为科技人才的传统的直接影响因素,工资的增长已经不能对科技人才产生积极作用了。
As a highly penetrating industry,high tech provides a more innovative work platform and a better innovation environment for local science and Technology Talents.The paper empirically analyzes the influence of high tech development on the Science and technology talents by establishing panel model,and finds that the development of high tech will increase the attraction of science and technology talents,but it is worth noting that,as the traditional direct influence factor of science and Technology Talents,the increase of salary can no longer have positive effect on science and Technology Talents.
