摘要
运用数理统计法对2015年全国舞蹈啦啦操运动员技术等级测试成绩进行分析,通过逻辑分析法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法对本次测试进行深度研究,从而揭示中国舞蹈啦啦操运动员真实水平以及本次测试存在的问题。结果表明:个人能力处于中等水平,出现高低分人数分布不均,拉低平均分的问题,说明我国舞蹈啦啦操运动员在各方面发展都不平衡,且运动员个人能力高低悬殊,由此建议教练员在训练中区别对待不同水平的运动员并进行针对性训练,减少差距,同时可以将技术等级考核标准设定为训练目标,整体提高运动员个人能力。
In this paper, using the mathematical statistics method to the 2015 national dance la- la-la gymnast technical grading test scores were analyzed, and through the logic analysis, questionnaire investigation, expert interview method on the depth of the test research, thus to reveal our country dance la- la-la gymnast true level as well as the problems existing in the test. Results showed that the personal ability in the medium level, appear high low number distribution, lower average problem, explain our country dance la- la-la gymnast unbalanced development in various aspects, and individual ability, thus suggested that the coaches in training to discriminate different levels of the athletes and targeted training, reduce the gap, at the same time can be technical grade appraisal standards set for training goal, improve the ability of individual athletes as a whole.
