摘要
大学生自主学习日益成为创新人才培养新的突破口。学生投入到科学研究、提升自身自主学习能力的同时丰富和完善自身,在指导教师指导下,结合传统课堂教学的丰富理论性知识,注重理论与实践的结合。认为以提升自主学习能力为核心的新型教学模式应该广泛实施,弥补传统教育教学过分侧重理论的倾向,进而探索并践行创新人才培养的新模式。
The autonomous learning for university students increasingly becomes a new breakthrough in the innovative talent cultivation.The students can enrich and perfect themselves while devoting themselves to research and improving their independent learning ability.Under the teachers＇ guidance,and combined with the rich theoretical knowledge of traditional classroom teaching,great attention is paid to the integration of theory and practice.The new teaching mode which focuses on promoting the independent learning ability should be widely carried to make up for the traditional education and teaching which overemphasize the theory.Then,a new mode of the innovative talent cultivation is explored and practiced.
