摘要
坚持中国特色社会主义和科学发展观是党的“十七大”的核心内容，也是高等教育的根本指导思想。在高等医学教育工作中，认真贯彻党的“十七大”精神，就是要落实在如何深化教学改革培养符合社会需求的各级各类医学人才上。本文从构建学校的人才培养体系、探索人才培养模式和坚持新的医学教育标准等方面论述了对医学人才培养的认识和做法。
Adhering to the socialism with Chinese characteristics and the Scientific Outlook on Development is not only the core of the 17th National Congress of the CPC but also the fundamental guiding thought for higher education in China. As far as higher medical education is concerned, deepening teaching reform to foster talents of various types and levels catering to the needs of the society is to accomplish the target set by the 17th Congress. The article illustrates the reflections and practices in fostering medical talents in three aspects： constructing talents-fostering system and talents-fostering mode as well as introducing new medical education standards.
