摘要
微生物发酵豆粕能消除豆粕中的抗营养因子,提高适口性和消化吸收率,在养猪生产中应用广泛。文章就发酵豆粕的营养特点及其在养猪生产中的最新应用情况进行综述。
Microbial fermentation of soybean meal could eliminate antinutritional factors in soybean meal, improve palatability and digestion and absorption, which was widely used in pig production industry. In this paper, nutrition characteristics of fermented soybean meal and its latest research progress in pig production were reviewed.
