摘要
本试验旨在研究添喂大豆蛋白酶解物对早期断乳仔猪免疫组织、器官及血清白介素-2水平的影响。将12头体重相近的三元杂交仔公猪分为对照组(28日龄断乳,饲喂早期断乳仔猪料)和处理组(21日龄断乳,在饲喂早期断乳仔猪料的基础上,每头每天添喂2 g大豆蛋白酶解物,连续10 d)。结果表明:与对照组仔猪相比,添喂大豆蛋白酶解物的仔猪胸腺的绝对和相对质量分别增高105.90%(P<0.01)和96.30%(P<0.01);脾脏的绝对和相对质量分别增高43.78%(P<0.01)和27.52%(P<0.05);腹股沟淋巴结的绝对和相对质量分别增高28.89%(P<0.05)和15.22%(P>0.05);血清白介素-2水平提高8.73%(P>0.05);脾脏的中央动脉周围淋巴鞘面积增大6.47%(P>0.05);回肠派伊尔结(Peyer′s patches)总个数增加4个(P>0.05),派伊尔结总面积减小0.7003 mm2(P>0.05)。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of soybean protein hydrolysate on the immunity tissues and organs and the level of serum interleukin-2 in early weaning piglet.Twelve piglets similar in weight were divided into two groups:a control group(in which the piglets were weaned at 28 days old,and fed on the early weaning feed)and a treatment group(in which the piglets were weaned at 21 days old,and fed on the early weaning feed plus 2 g soybean protein hydrolysate daily for l0 days).The results indicated that compared with the control,feeding soybean protein hydrolysate enhanced the absolute and relative weight of thymus by 105.90%(P〈0.01)and 96.30%(P〈0.01)respectively,absolute and relative weight of spleen by 43.78%(P〈0.01)and 27.52%(P〈0.05)respectively,absolute and relative weight of groin lymph node by 28.89%(P〈0.05)and 15.22%(P〉0.05)respectively,and enhanced the level of serum interluekin-2 in early weaning piglet by 8.73%(P〉0.05),and increased the area of spleen's lymph theca around center artery by 6.47%(P〉0.05),and increased the total number of ileum Peyer's patches by four,but decreased the total area of ileum Peyer's patches by 0.7003 mm^2(P〉0.05).
