摘要
安徽省淮北市作为成熟型资源型城市,转型发展势在必行,提出绿色发展、循环发展、低碳发展的原则。芳香产业是新型的高科技、高附加值的绿色生态产业,芳香特色小镇建设是对香草制种、繁苗和栽培以及休闲、养生、观光、科普、加工、研发、经贸进行一体化开发的产业发展模式,其延长了芳香产业链、提升了产业价值链、提高了产业的综合效益。着重阐述了淮北市建设芳香特色小镇的优势及建设模式,以及淮北市芳香特色小镇的未来建设方向及借鉴意义。
Huaibei city of Anhui province is a mature resource-based city, its transformation and development is imperative, and puts forward the principles of green development, circular development and low carbon development. Aroma industry is a new type of high-tech and high value-added green ecological industry, the construction of distinctive town with aroma industry is an industry development mode, the seed production, propagation and cultivation of vanilla, as well as leisure, health, sightseeing, science popularization, processing, research and development, trade and economics are developed in an integrated way, with the extension of industry chain, the promotion of industrial value chain and the improving of industrial comprehensive effectiveness. This paper expounded the advantages, construction modes and future direction of building the distinctive town with aroma industry in Huaibei city and its reference significance.
