摘要
目的探讨抽动障碍(TD)儿童血清TNF-α和IL-6的表达。方法选取TD患儿200例作为观察组,50例非TD儿童作为对照组,检测两组血清TNF-α和IL-6水平,分析TD患儿美国耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分、年龄与血清TNF-α和IL-6水平的相关性。结果观察组血清TNF-α水平高于对照组(P<0.05),两组IL-6水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TNF-α水平与YGTSS评分呈正相关(r_s=0.949,P<0.05),与年龄呈负相关(r_s=-0.344,P<0.05),尚未发现IL-6水平与YGTSS评分、年龄存在相关关系(P>0.05)。结论 TD患儿体内存在一定程度的炎症反应,且与患儿病情严重程度、年龄有关。
Objective To investigate the expressions of serum TNF-α and IL-6 in children with tic disorder（TD）.Methods Serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were detected in children with TD（group A,200 cases） and children without TD（group B,50 cases）.The relationship of the Yale Global Tie Severityb Scale（YGTSS） score and age with the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 was analyzed.ResultsSerum level of TNF-α was higher in group A than that in group B（P〈0.05）,which was not significantly different in serum level of IL-6 between two groups（P〉0.05）.Serum level of TNF-α was positively correlated to YGTSS score（rs=0.949,P〈0.05）,which was negatively correlated to age（rs=-0.344,P〈0.05）.Serum level of IL-6 was not significantly correlated to YGTSS score and age（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The children with TD exist a certain degree of inflammation,which is related to the severty of illness and age.
