摘要
阐述重症监护专科护士核心能力的基本概念和内涵,从考核量表、影响因素方面综述国内重症监护专科护士核心能力的研究进展及现实意义。指出目前对重症监护专科护士的培养尚无全国统一的考核标准,且无统一的资格认证机构,核心能力的研究尚无相对统一的标准,有待进一步研究。
This article expounded the basic concept and connotation of the core competence of intensive care specialist nurses,and reviewed the research progress and practical significance of the core competence of domestic intensive care specialist nurses from the aspects of assessment scale and influencing factors.It pointed out that there was no national uniform assessment standard for the training of intensive care specialist nurses,and there was no uniform standard of research on the core competence,which needs further study.
