摘要
目的调查医牛、护士对医护社会地位的认知情况及形成医护社会地位差异的影响因素。方法采用自编的医牛护上社会地位问卷对280名医生、290名护士进行调查。结果通过经济待遇、社会权益、职业声望三方面的调查，医生、护士均认为医生的社会地位高于护士的社会地佗。医护社会地位差异的影响因素有医生所在医院、对专业技术的要求、工作成就感、工作稳定性；专业化程度、工作压力。结论深入研究医护社会地位问题及其形成的影响因素，有助于我们从对策上研究提高护上社会地位的方法，创建和谐的医护关系促进护理队伍的可持续发展。
Objective To investigate the doctors and nurses＇ cognition of social status of doctors and nurses, and find the influence factors of difference of social status. Methods 280 doctors and 290 nurses were asked to finish a self-designed scale of social status of doctors and nurses. Results Investigation from economy, social rights and interests, occupational prestige showed that doctors＇ social status was higher than nurses＇ social status. By the investigation, we found the influencing factors included working hospital of doctors, technical requirements of work, sense of achievement, stability of work, degree of specialization and work pressure. Conclusions To study the social status of physicians and nurses and the influence factors is beneficial for us to study the strategies for improving the nurses＇ social status, thereby setting up the harmonious physician-nurse relationship and keeping nursing troops develop continuously.
