摘要
以圆形度、流动时间、间隙率、胶砂流动度为评价指标,研究石粉含量对机制砂颗粒形貌参数的影响,分析机制砂颗粒形貌不同评价参数间的相关性。结果表明:在试验测定范围内,随石粉含量的增加,机制砂圆形度、间隙率减小,流动时间增大,胶砂流动度先增大后减小。圆形度和流动时间有很好的相关性,流动时间和间隙率相关性较差。
The inf luence of crusher dust on the particle shape parameters of machine- made sand was studied bytaking the circularity, flow ing time, clearance rate and mortar fluidity as evaluation indexes, and the correlationamong the different evaluation parameters of the machine- made sand particle shape was analyzed. The results showthat the machine- made sand circularity and clearance rate decrease, the f low ing time increases, the mortar fluidityincreases and then decreases with the crusher dust increasing in the test range. There is a good correlation betw eenthe circularity and f low ing time, and the correlation betw een flow ing time and clearance rate is poor .
