摘要
耐药导致肿瘤化疗失败的分子机制至今尚未完全阐明。多项研究发现miRNA广泛参与了肿瘤增殖、转移、凋亡等多个生物学过程。近年来研究证实,miRNA在多种肿瘤耐药过程中发挥重要调节作用。通过阅读文献,本文旨在汇总miRNA调控肿瘤耐药的分子机制。
Drug resistance leads to the failure of chemotherapy and its molecular mechanism has not been fully elucidated. A number of studies have found that miRNA is involved in many biological processes of tumor,such as proliferation,metastasis,apoptosis and so on. In recent years,it has been confirmed that miRNA also plays an important role in regulating multidrug resistance of tumor. This paper aims to summarize the molecular mechanisms of miRNA in regulating multidrug resistance of tumor.
