摘要
目的探索以人文关怀为特点的护理服务模式,实现优质高效的护理服务目标,提高患者满意度。方法以"七个一"为具体表现形式,围绕照护患者、有效沟通、团队合作进行人文关怀护理建设,建立人文关怀护理文化氛围。结果实施人文关怀护理建设后,患者满意度提升,其中患者对护士人文关怀条目满意率达99.28%。结论实施人文关怀护理建设有利于构建高品质的服务文化,提高护理满意度。
Objective To develop a practice model based on human caring theory, to achieve high-quality and efficient nursing service, and to enhance patient satisfaction. Methods Human caring practice model was built based on patient-centered care, effective corn munication and teamwork, and human caring culture was fostered. Results Patient satisfaction was improved after the intervention, and patient satisfaction with human caring service was up to 99.28 %. Conclusion Implementation of human caring facilitates to fos ter high-quality service culture and enhance patient satisfaction.
