摘要 TA10钛合金铸锭传统的制备方法是合金元素镍以纯镍片形式添加,经三次VAR熔炼获得铸锭。再经锻造、轧制制成板材后,发现表面有微裂纹存在。经无损探伤检测和能谱微区成分分析,确定为镍富集的冶金缺陷。为此对熔炼工艺进行了改进,Mo、Ni合金元素以Ti-Mo-Ni中间合金碎屑添加,经二次VAR熔炼制备铸锭。再经锻造、轧制制成板材后,宏观和无损探伤检验未发现有微裂纹;化学成分分析和性能检测表明,铸锭侧面Mo、Ni合金元素波动范围≤0.017%,头、尾横截面波动范围≤0.07%,分布均匀,力学性能满足要求。 The traditional preparation method of producing TA10 titanium alloy ingots was three times of VAR smelting with the addition of the alloying element nickel as pure nickel flake. And then TA10 titanium alloy plates were produced by forging and rolling. But microeracks were found on the surface of the plates. After non-destructive flaw detection and energy spectrum microanalysis, the flaws were determined as the metallurgical defects of nickel enrichment. In this paper, the melting process was improved, Mo and Ni alloy elements were added as Ti-Mo-Ni master alloy debris, and the ingot were prepared by twice VAR smelting. No microcracks of TA10 titanium alloy plates are found in macroscopic and non-destructive tests. The chemical composition analysis and performance test show that the Mo and Ni alloy elements fluctuate in the range of 0. 017% on the side of the ingot, and the head and end section fluctuation in the range of 0.07%, the distribution is uniform, and the mechanical properties can meet the requirements.
