Effect of Trace Rare Earth Cerium on Microstructure and Properties of 7085 Aluminum Alloy

摘要 将微量Ce添加到7085铝合金中,采用金相分析、硬度测试、力学性能拉伸、断口扫描、能谱分析等手段,研究了添加Ce后对7085铝合金铸态组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:添加Ce后,Ce元素在固液界面前沿富集,出现成分过冷,使二次枝晶间距缩小,细化铸态结晶组织;Ce的添加,Zn和Mg元素在晶界偏聚情况不再明显,由晶界向基体转移,使基体中合金元素增多,造成畸变能和应变能增加,为弥散相析出提供了能量条件;添加Ce后,合金抗拉强度变化不大,塑性明显提高,提高了7085铝合金的综合性能。 The trace Ce was added to the 7085 aluminum alloy. The influence of as-cast organization and the mechanical properties was studied after adding Ce in 7085 aluminum alloy through metallographic analysis,hardness testing,mechanical properties of tensile,fracture scanning and energy spectrum analysis. The results showed that after adding Ce on the solid liquid interface front enrichment,composition undercooling,the secondary dendrite spacing was reduced,refine as-cast crystal structure. The adding of Ce,Zn and Mg elements in grain boundary was no longer obvious,from grain boundary to transfer matrix,and the alloy elements in the matrix,can cause distortion and strain energy increase,as dispersion phase precipitation provided energy conditions. After adding Ce,alloy tensile strength changed little,plastic improved obviously,and improved the comprehensive properties of 7085 aluminum alloy.
