摘要
总结贾孟辉教授治疗顽固性失眠的临床经验,认为顽固性失眠的病因以气郁体质发病居多,气郁日久化火,邪火上扰神明,终以脑神失宁、心火独亢而致失眠为病机总要。提出了心脑同治、精神调护、辅助治疗的三步治疗方案:即在"心脑共主神明"的理论基础上,自拟宁神安脏饮以达宁神清心、肝脾两调之功;对患者进行心理调护,建立新的定向思维模式,使患者消除睡眠焦虑的心理障碍;同时选择性配合耳穴、拔罐、按摩或药渣水泡脚等辅助疗法,延长患者睡眠时间,提高睡眠质量,可取得良好的临床疗效。
Summary of Professor Jia Menghui ＇s clinical experience in the treatment of intractable insomnia. Think that the constitu- tion of qi stagnation is the key to intractable insomnia, qi depression will transform into fire, evil fire disturb mind, the end of head lose quiet and flaring heart-fire are the interpretation of the main cause for intractable insomnia. Proposed a three-step treatment program about treat heart and brain,mental conditioning and assisted therapy：on the basis of the theory that＂heart and brain dominates the mind＂ , Professor J ia Menghui created Ningshen Anzang decoction to make heart and brain normal, regulate liver and spleen;Adjust the patienfs mind and build a new orientation of thinking mode, to eliminate patients＇ psychological disorders with sleep anxiety; At the same time selective with auricular acupuncture,cupping,, massage or feet with medicinal liquid and other auxiliary therapy. That prolong the patient＇s sleep time and improve the quality of sleep, so that achieved a good clinical efficacy.
