摘要
目的探讨香术止痛酊外用治疗癌性疼痛的疗效和作用机理。方法将40例癌症患者随机分为两组。治疗组20例,外用香术止痛酊;对照组20例,口服达宁片。治疗7 d,观察两组患者的镇痛有效率、平均止痛起效时间、持续时间、生活质量以及血液流变学指标。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为90.0%,85.5%,起效时间治疗组为(25.23±5.62)m in,对照组为(28.37±7.53)m in,镇痛持续时间分别为(5.58±1.05)m in和(5.79±1.86)m in,各组进行比较,其差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗组在改善生活质量、改善血液流变学指标及不良反应发生等方面明显均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论香术止痛酊外用治疗癌性疼痛是有效且安全的,其镇痛作用可能与改善血液流变学指标有关。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Xiangshu Zhitong Ding （XSZ） in treating cancerous pain. Methods 40 cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups,20 patients in the treated group who took XSZ and 20 patients in the control group who took Daning Tablet. 1 week of treatment was applied. Then, the paramters such as pain -relief mean efficacy appearing time and lasting duration of analegesia,life quality and blood theology index were evaluated. Results The total effective rate in the treated group and in the control group were 90.0% and 85.0%. The mean onset of action was （25.25 ± 5.62） min in treated group and （28.37 ±7.53） min in control group. The duration time of the effect was （5.58 ±1.05） min in treated group and （5.79±1.86） min in positive control group,respectively. There were no significant difference between treated group and positive control group（P 〉 0.05）. The evidences also showed that the treated group was better in improving quality of life, blood rheology indexes and reducing incidence of adverse reaction than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion XSZ is effective and safe in the treating cancerous pain. Its analgesic effect may be related to improvement of blood rheology indexes.
