摘要
屠呦呦荣获诺贝尔科学奖,无疑是一桩增强民族自信、振奋民族精神的大事,但由此而引发的相关争议也击中了我国科学研究中存在的目标功利短视、行为避难就易、成果重量轻质和索引过度崇拜等学术痛点,更直接有力地折射出了我国科研评价体制中的"二律背反"现象:科研奖励的价值取向是集体在场还是个人在场,科研评价的根本标准是外显指标还是内在价值,学术头衔的资格认定是交际攻关还是学术贡献,科研评价的终极旨归是管理之便还是激励创新,科研评价的主体选择是行政主导还是同行评议。
Tu Youyou′s Nobel prize winning is a great event to boost national confidence and spirit undoubtedly,but at the same time,it reveals some worrying problems in China′s scientific research,such as the utilitarian and improvident goal,difficulty-evasive conduct,quantity-oriented achievements and foreign index adoration.Moreover,it reflects the antinomy of China′s scientific research evaluation system:the value orientation of science awards is collective scientists or the individual scientist,the evaluation standard is external index or intrinsic value,the qualification of academic titles is social intercourse or academic contribution,the ultimate goal of evaluation is to expedite management or encourage creativity,the evaluation subject is administrative forces or peer reviewers.
