摘要
结合某油库码头建设项目,采用油粒子模型分四种工况探讨发生重大溢油事故后的环境风险评价,并对溢油和含油废水未经处理排放对水生生态和渔业资源的影响进行了分析。
In this paper, the oil-particle model is used to analyze the environmental risk assessment after the major oil spill, and the effects of the untreated emissions of oil spill and oily wastewater on aquatic ecology and fishery resources are discussed.Analyzed.
