摘要
本文分析研究了海洋石油的存在形式及其对海洋环境的影响；科学地评价和预测油污染对海域生态环境的影响；结合实例系统分析油污染对渔业影响评价。
This article analyzes the existent form of off shore oil and the effect of off shore oil on the marine ecological ellyironment. It eyaluates and forecasts the affectof oil pollution on the marine ecological environment and fishery. Some examplesare giyen.
