摘要
预检分诊是现代急诊中一个非常重要的环节,部分发达国家的急诊科对急诊预检分诊方法的研究较为成熟,其标准具有较强的可操作性。而国内尚未形成统一的分诊标准,只有部分医院对急诊患者病情分级做出了相应规定。笔者通过对国内外预检分诊方法进行回顾,提出国内急诊分诊的建设思路:制定细化的预检分诊标准,并以此为基础,开发智能化预检分诊系统,加强预检护士的培训和建立分诊效果评价体系。
Triage is an integral part of the modern emergency medicine. Some emergency departments in developed countries have developed integrated standard of triage system. Their emergency triage criteria are quite operable. However, our country has not yet established the unified emergency triage criteria. Only parts of hospitals have made the corresponding provisions for classification. This paper reviewed emergency triage criteria both at home and abroad, and provided suggestions for the implementation of triage. It is considered to set up detailed criteria of pre-examination and triage and develop intelligent system for pre-examination and triage. The training of pre-examination nurses and effect evaluation system for triage also needs to be strengthened.
