摘要
目的:从10种不同极性的大孔吸附树脂中,优选对秦艽环烯醚萜苷类成分吸附和解吸附能力较强的大孔吸附树脂。方法:以龙胆苦苷和獐牙菜苦苷含量为指标,采用静态、动态吸附和解吸附相结合的方法,优选出最佳分离纯化树脂。结果:XDA-1大孔吸附树脂宜于对秦艽环烯醚萜苷类成分分离纯化,其对秦艽环烯醚萜苷类成分的吸附比为:35.385 mg/m L,洗脱率为:97.20%,洗出固形物的量为:455.597 mg,环烯醚萜苷类化合物在固形物中的含量为:75.48%。结论:XDA-1对秦艽环烯醚萜苷类成分分离富集具有较好的效果。
Objective is to optimization macroporous adsorption resin with strong adsorption and desorption for the Gentiana iridoid glycosides from 10 kinds of macroporous adsorption resins with different polarities.Static and dynamic adsorption-desorption were used to select the best separation and purification macroporous resin,with the content of gentiopicroside and swertanin as index.XDA-1 type resin showed the best separation and purification.Its separation and purification results were as follows: the adsorption ratio of iridoid glycosides was 35.385 mg/mL,the elution rate was 97.20 %,wash out the solid content is 455.597 mg,the content of the iridoid glycosides in the solid was 75.48 %.Conclusion is that XDA-1 has a good effect on the separation and enrichment of the iridoid glycosides from Gentianamacrophylla pall.
