摘要
目的:从16种不同类型的大孔吸附树脂中,优选出更适合从秦艽中提取龙胆苦苷的大孔吸附树脂。方法:比较不同型号的大孔吸附树脂对秦艽中龙胆苦苷的吸附与解吸附作用,采用 HPLC 法测定并比较不同洗脱液中龙胆苦苷的含量。结果:HPD-100型大孔吸附树脂对龙胆苦苷的吸附能力及解吸率均优于其他树脂,吸附容量为57.81 mg·g^(-1),20%乙醇解吸附快速有效,其提取物中龙胆苦苷含量达到73.25%。结论:HPD-100型大孔吸附树脂更适合从秦艽中提取龙胆苦苷。
Objective : To select a better kind of macroreticular resin from sixteen kinds of macroreticular resins for the separation effect of gentiopicrin in Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae. Methods: HPLC was used to analyze the content of gentiopicrin. The adsorption and desorption properties of the 16 type macroreticular resins from different factories were investigated. Results:HPD -100 macroreticular resin had a better adsorption performance and desorption rate of gentiopicrin. The absorption capability was 57.81 mg·g^-1. The optimal eluent was 20% ethanol. The purity of gentiopicrin reached 73.25%. Conclusion: HPD- 100 macroreticular resin is a better choice to refine gentiopicrin in Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae.
