摘要
复杂产品装配线的平衡问题一直是制约车间生产效率的重要因素之一。针对复杂产品装配线平衡问题,在均衡各工作站位负荷、工作站数和最少损失时间等优化目标基础上,建立了多目标优化模型,采用模拟退火算法对模型进行优化求解。以发动机装配为例进行算法验证,计算结果中各工作站损失时间较低,装配线趋于平衡,表明此模拟退火算法有效。
Assembly line balance of complex product is one of the important factors which restricts production efficiency.According to this problem,multi-objective optimization model,including balance of the load of each station,number and least lost time of stations is established.This paper adopts simulated annealing algorithm in the optimization solution.The algorithm is verified by example of engine assembly.The loss time of each station is lesser,and the assembly line tends to balance.It shows that the algorithm above is useful.
