摘要
本文探讨了如何利用仿真方法搜寻随机装配线的平衡及优化问题,文中给出了一种经过改进的、在微机上实现的启发式平衡搜寻方法。它与现有的算法相比,提高了平衡搜寻的速度,并取得较低的平衡延迟。对于将作业元素时间考虑为随机变量的随机装配线,本文建立了一个计算机仿真模型,通过模拟运行获得了满足指定完工率的平衡方案及相应的最小作业站数,实例试算的结果是令人满意的。
In this paper a simulation model for stochastic assembly line balancing and optimization is discussed.and some results in this case by using the model are found out.when the rate of finished work on the line is given.and also an improved heuristic method for line belancing on computer is shown in the paper.
